The hotel rooms were well presented, clean, and the bed was not too soft, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and provided great customer service without any snootiness often found in luxury hotels. The dining experience offered great variations of food choices at a first-class level, although it was a bit expensive. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
